904L Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
904L super austenitic stainless steel is a kind of low carbon high nickel and molybdenum austenitic stainless steel with acid resistance.It is a special material imported from H. S. Company of France.It has good activation-passivation transformation ability,excellent corrosion resistance,good corrosion resistance in non-oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid,acetic acid,formic acid,phosphoric acid,and good pitting resistance in neutral chloride-containing medium,as well as good crack corrosion resistance and stress corrosion resistance.Suitable for sulphuric acid of various concentrations below 70 C.It also has good corrosion resistance in acetic acid of any concentration and temperature at atmospheric pressure and mixed acid of formic acid and acetic acid.
Weave Ability
Plain weave 2 to 400 mesh.
Twill weave 30 to 635 mesh.
Dutch weave can be woven up to 3100 mesh
Application
1) Petroleum and petrochemical equipment,such as reactors in petrochemical equipment;
2) Storage and transportation of sulphuric acid, such as heat exchangers;
3) Power plant flue gas desulfurization equipment, the main parts of use are:absorber tower,flue,baffle door plate,interior,spray system,etc;
4) Scrubbers and fans in organic acid treatment systems;
5) Seawater treatment equipment,seawater heat exchanger,paper industry equipment,sulfuric acid,nitric acid equipment,acid production,pharmaceutical industry and other chemical equipment,pressure vessels,food equipment;
6) Pharmaceutical Plants:centrifuges,reactors,etc;
7) Plant foods:soy sauce cans,cooking wine,salt cans,equipment and dressing;
8) Strong corrosive medium 904L for dilute sulfuric acid is the matching steel type.
