Description
Centrifuge Screen Basket is mainly composed of upper flange,lower flange,reinforcing rib,reinforcing ring and stainless steel cone-shaped mesh cylinder,in which the stainless steel cone-shaped mesh cylinder is made of several fan-shaped screens.The fan-shaped screens are made of stainless steel wedge wire.The screen wedge wire is arranged along the cone bus of the screen basket.In order to reduce the blockage of the screen gap,the screen slot is made into small at the top and large at the bottom.The size of screen slot is generally 0.35-0.8 mm,which can be determined according to the requirements of users.The wedge wire centrifuge screen basket is connected with the main engine by bolts through the holes on the upper flange or lower flange.
